Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team. Whether you are a Licensed Electrician looking to lead technical tie-ins or an Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof, we have a place for you.

Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME

Licensed Electrician

Execution: Lead the wiring of AC/DC circuits, inverters, and main panel upgrades.
Compliance: Ensure all electrical components meet MD state codes and safety regulations.
Maintenance: Troubleshoot hazards, repair damaged units, and perform system testing.
Requirement: Must hold a valid Maine Electrician License.

Residential Solar Installer

Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
