Business Development Consultant

Venture Solar is hiring a Business Development Consultant.
As a Solar Sales Consultant, your focus is on closing, not prospecting. This is not a lead generation role, there is no door knocking or cold calling required. We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to succeed.
Our appointment setting team will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with homeowners and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We treat solar sales as an educational experience. We know that switching to solar is a big emotional decision, so we prioritize transparency. You’ll help customers understand exactly how the technology works and where their savings come from, building the trust necessary to turn 'too good to be true' into a signed contract.
What you’ll bring:
- Sales experience - Required
- Outside sales (In home sales) - preferred
- Solar experience – welcomed
